The Role

We’re seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to own and grow RedCoach’s

digital presence. This role blends content creation, community engagement, influencer

partnerships, and trend-spotting to turn travelers into advocates and position RedCoach as the smart choice for intercity travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Develop and manage a content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging visuals, graphics, and written content that highlight the RedCoach experience.
  • Collaborate closely with RedCoach’s Marketing Director to plan content strategy and promotional campaigns.
  • Use AI tools to streamline content production while maintaining brand voice and authenticity.
  • Share real-life customer stories and experiences as part of content initiatives.

Community Growth & Engagement

  • Grow follower base across platforms with organic strategies and support paid campaigns.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities using analytics tools like Google Analytics and web analytics platforms.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster positive relationships and enhance community engagement.

Creator Partnerships

  • Identify and collaborate with content creators and micro-influencers in target markets.
  • Manage briefs, deadlines, content approvals, and maintain strong creator relationships.

Performance & Optimization

  • Analyze metrics to understand content performance and refine strategies.
  • Deliver end-of-month reports on KPIs and engagement metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics regularly to refine strategies and improve ROI using web analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including public relations, branding, and digital marketing to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in social media management, digital marketing, graphic design, and video editing to continually innovate content approaches.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience in social media management and content creation across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Later, Google Sheets, Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, and Monday.
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Later.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft engaging narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to analyze data insights to inform content strategy adjustments.
  • Strong relationship management skills to engage with followers and industry partners effectively.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling through photography and video production.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus. This role provides an excellent platform for a passionate digital marketer eager to make a significant impact through innovative content creation and strategic social media management.
  • Strong creative skills, including graphic design and copywriting
  • Familiarity with AI content tools and willingness to experiment.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent written English (Spanish a plus).
  • Ability to work from Orlando HQ and/or remotely in a hybrid setup.
  • Self-starter mentality with independent work capability.

  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or transportation industries.
  • Video production and editing skills.
  • Knowledge of Florida, Oklahoma, and Texas markets.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $45,071.26 - $54,279.37 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
