Overview
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who is equal parts creative and hands-on producer. You’ll be the visionary behind our clients' digital presence, dreaming up "big-picture" ideas and leading our internal team to bring them to life. This role requires a high-level strategist who can also manage influencer relationships to secure authentic content, yet isn't afraid to pick up a camera or jump into an edit themselves. Responsibilities

  • Creative Strategy & Direction: Conceptualize innovative campaigns and provide clear, actionable creative briefs to the internal production team to ensure brand alignment.
  • End-to-End Content Production: Lead the physical capture and editing of social-first content (video and stills). You will be responsible for delivering polished, platform-ready assets that drive engagement.
  • Influencer & Talent Management: Identify, source, and manage relationships with external creators. You will provide the creative oversight and direction necessary to ensure influencer content fits our client's voice and aesthetic.
  • Copywriting: Write compelling, high-impact captions and scripts that resonate with our clients audiences and encourage meaningful interaction.
  • Project Oversight: Manage the social media calendar and budget, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders are aligned on deadlines and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Proven Production Ability: Expertise in mobile and/or professional cinematography and a mastery of editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut).
  • Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated experience in directing creative teams and managing the lifecycle of a social media campaign from ideation to analysis.
  • Influencer Expertise: A track record of sourcing and managing influencer partnerships that yield high-quality, authentic content.
  • Exceptional Copywriting: The ability to adapt brand voice across various platforms while maintaining professional standards and high engagement.
  • Technical Literacy: Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and platform-specific best practices.

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
