Headquartered in Pompano Beach, we’re looking for a Jr. Social Media Content Specialist who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments and lives in the world of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands social trends, short-form video, and community engagement, and is eager to grow within a high-energy, multi-location brand.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Planning, executing, and tracking social media page management, Direct Messaging, inquiries, comments, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Daily administrative tasks to ensure coordination of the marketing department activities.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Coordinator and Marketing Supervisors to create short- and long-term marketing plans according to specific club locations, competitors, seasonality.
• Monitoring trends across social media channels, and staying on top of industry growth
• Responsible for the efficiency of social media calendars.
• Assist in creating club promotions, influencer programs, and event organizations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Firm grasp of various marketing platforms and channels, including social, digital, and email marketing.
• Strong editing and copywriting skills
• Understanding of traditional and emerging market channels.
• Strong sense of ownership, organizational skills, and detail focused.
• Collaborative team player with a TON of ENERGY!
• Exhibit confidence and flexibility in an extreme fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Candidates with an extreme passion for health, wellness, and the fitness industry is a plus.
• Salary: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Office located in Pompano Beach, FL (on-site, full-time required). Must be mobile within two weeks if the applicant is out of state.
