Relationship Management & Account Development:
- Cultivate long-term, strategic relationships with key stakeholders including Branch Operations, Facilities Management, Security, IT, and Executive Leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor by staying current on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging challenges affecting financial institutions

- Partner with internal installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional customer experiences
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles typical in institutional banking environments, coordinating across multiple decision influencers and budget centers
Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning:
- Monitor competitive landscape and market dynamics within the financial institution equipment sector
- Provide market feedback to leadership regarding customer needs, competitive positioning, pricing, and product development opportunities
- Attend industry conferences, banking association meetings, and trade shows to build network and stay informed on industry developments
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM data to enable effective business planning and resource allocation
