Role Overview

We are seeking a Director of Marketing Implementation to build and manage the marketing infrastructure that supports our growth into private wealth and family office environments.

This is not a social media manager role.

This is not a performance marketing position.

This role is responsible for elevating and systematizing our brand, building institutional-grade sales collateral, managing CRM pipeline structure, and ensuring disciplined execution across all marketing touchpoints.

The ideal candidate understands high-trust, high-ticket service environments and can operate with discretion and executive composure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and refine institutional-grade sales and advisory collateral
  • Oversee website messaging alignment and brand cohesion
  • Architect CRM pipeline stages and follow-up systems
  • Support long-cycle sales process with structured marketing materials
  • Manage external vendors (design, web, content)
  • Develop high-polish pitch decks for family offices and executives
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print assets
  • Track marketing performance tied to revenue pipeline
  • Support private event marketing execution

What This Role Is NOT

  • Not primarily social media management
  • Not influencer marketing
  • Not high-volume ad campaigns
  • Not entry-level marketing support

Ideal Background

  • 7–12 years experience in B2B, luxury hospitality, private wealth, or high-end advisory services
  • Experience building CRM workflows (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong presentation and deck-building capability
  • Experience supporting long sales cycles
  • Executive-level communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and systems-driven
  • Comfortable operating in a founder-led environment

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to private aviation, wealth management, or family office ecosystems
  • Experience positioning boutique brands at an institutional level
  • Vendor and project management leadership

Pay: $77,393.60 - $93,205.20 per year
