About The Role We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive the front end of a disciplined, execution-focused sales engine. This is not a spray-and-pray role. Your job is to create qualified, sales-ready meetings that convert into real revenue — fast.
You’ll own outbound execution inside a clearly defined operating model with strict qualification standards, weekly inspection, and direct accountability. If you like clarity, structure, and knowing exactly how your work ties to revenue, you’ll thrive here.
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently booking 8–10 qualified meetings per week
- Meetings are accepted by closers 90%+ of the time
- Every meeting has clear context, pain, budget signals, and timing
- Your activity directly supports $140,000+ in monthly bookings
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily outbound prospecting across assigned channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Hit a minimum of 250 targeted outbound touches per week
- Book meetings that meet defined qualification standards — not just calendar fillers
- Capture detailed notes in CRM including:
- Business problem tied to revenue, risk, or growth
- Decision-maker or influencer involvement
- Budget ownership or a credible budget path
- Timing within 30–45 days
- Disqualify low-fit or non-ready prospects before booking
- Route responses appropriately based on readiness
- Maintain a no-show rate under 20%
- Participate in weekly reviews and apply feedback quickly
Qualification Standards (Non-Negotiable)
- Meetings you book must confirm:
- A real, current business problem
- Decision authority or direct influence
- Budget ownership or a clear path to budget
- A buying timeline inside 30–45 days
KPIs You’ll Be Measured On
- Outbound volume: 250+ targeted touches per week
- Qualified meetings booked: 8–10 per week
- Meeting acceptance rate: 90%+
- Context completeness: 100% of meetings documented
- No-show rate: Under 20%
Who You Are
- 1–3+ years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound and direct conversations
- Strong qualification instincts — you know when to push and when to walk away
- Organized, disciplined, and comfortable being measured weekly
- Coachable and able to apply feedback fast
- CRM-literate (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
