Job Description

HOTT Holdings LLC is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead all marketing initiatives for our portfolio of hospitality brands and client accounts. This is a hybrid role: you’ll work remotely most of the time, but will also travel to our venues and client locations (e.g., Mystique Dining and related hospitality venues) for events, content creation, and local marketing efforts. Occasional in-office work will be required at our future office location (to be determined).

The ideal candidate is a well-rounded marketer who can balance strategy with execution. You’ll oversee and coordinate outputs from our remote VA team while directly managing campaigns across digital, print, partnerships, and events. We need a self-starter who is comfortable working in a start-up environment — someone who knows how to get brands off the ground by creating systems, implementing software and subscription services, and building workflows that optimize team performance.

This role is intentionally flexible — responsibilities and focus areas may evolve as the needs of the business change over time.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and calendars across multiple brands and clients
  • Manage and direct a team of remote VAs to ensure timely, high-quality outputs
  • Run social media marketing (content planning, posting, engagement, and growth)
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads required)
  • Design or coordinate creation of graphics, videos, and print marketing materials using professional design tools (Adobe Suite or similar)
  • Lead email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, automations)
  • Coordinate print advertising, sponsorships, and paid partnerships
  • Manage influencer marketing campaigns and collaborations
  • Support press, PR, and media outreach when relevant
  • Attend events and venues to capture content, represent the brand, or support promotions
  • Create systems and implement software/subscription tools that improve efficiency and performance
  • Track performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements
  • Adjust focus and duties as business needs shift over time

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing (hospitality, food & beverage, or entertainment preferred)
  • Proven experience running and optimizing Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads campaigns
  • Strong background in digital marketing, including social media and email
  • Experience with print marketing, sponsorships, and community partnerships
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and brand collaborations
  • Proficiency with professional design tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, or similar)
  • Ability to create systems and workflows, and implement software and subscription tools that streamline operations
  • Excellent written communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Self-starter who can take initiative and operate effectively in a start-up environment
  • Reliable transportation for travel to venues and events across multiple regions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
