Job Summary
FemmePharma is seeking a strategic, data-obsessed Sr. Manager of E-Commerce Growth & Analytics to serve as the architect of our digital growth. In this role, you won’t just manage channels; you will own the entire performance ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for scaling acquisition across search, social, and display while meticulously optimizing our unit economics (LTV/CAC).

We are looking for a "builder" who thrives in a nimble, startup environment and can translate complex data sets into actionable merchandising and marketing strategies.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth: Design and execute a multi-channel acquisition roadmap focused on sustainable, long-term customer scaling.
  • Channel Innovation: Manage and optimize core channels (Search, Paid Social, Email) while aggressively testing new frontiers like Influencer, Affiliate, and Wholesale.
  • Data-Driven Merchandising: Utilize web analytics to influence on-site merchandising, product positioning, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Amazon Ecosystem: Oversee Amazon Seller Central operations, collaborating with external vendors to maximize our footprint on the platform.
  • Performance Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards that track KPIs, providing the leadership team with clear insights into marketing ROI and customer behavior.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7–9 years of proven success in performance marketing or e-commerce growth roles.
  • Technical Stack: Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics and WooCommerce is required.
  • Analytical Power: Advanced Excel skills and a passion for "finding the story" within the data.
  • Amazon Fluency: Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and managing third-party agency relationships.
  • Mindset: A self-starter who is detail-oriented enough to catch a tracking error but strategic enough to plan a yearly budget.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
