Creative Services is responsible for assisting the Creative Services Department, which includes an understanding of event planning, social media platforms, best practices, familiarity with social media management tools, analyze social media metrics and provide actionable insight. The Creative services Intern also assists the Creative Services Department team on special projects and expansion-related projects and activities. Work is performed under the direction of the Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES: Social Media Management:

    • Assist in developing and scheduling social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
    • Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and trending topics.
    • Support the creation of visually appealing graphics, videos, and copy for social media posts.
  • Content Creation:

    • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new marketing campaigns and content ideas.
    • Write and edit engaging copy for social media posts, blog articles, and marketing materials.
    • Help with the production and editing of multimedia content, including photos and videos.
  • Campaign Support:

    • Assist in planning and executing social media and marketing campaigns.
    • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Support promotional efforts for events, product launches, and special initiatives.
  • Influencer and Community Engagement:

    • Research and identify potential influencers and partners for collaboration.
    • Assist with outreach to influencers and manage communication to build relationships.
    • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
  • Administrative and Research Tasks:

    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies.
    • Assist with organizing and maintaining marketing and social media reports.
    • Provide general administrative support to the Creative Services team as needed.
  • QUALIFICATIONS: Successful completion of two or more collegiate academic years preferably in the areas of marketing, communication, event planning, film and television.

  • One (1) to three (3) years of substantive (non-administrative) professional work experience.

  • Current college enrollment is preferable in an institution that gives college credit for work experience.
