Brand Ambassador/Sales Representative

Job Overview

We are seeking energetic, outgoing Brand Ambassadors / Sales Representatives to help grow awareness and customer traffic for a locally owned car wash brand. In this role, you will represent our brand in the community by personally inviting people to get car washes and sign up for services through referrals, events, and everyday interactions.

This is a commission-based, paid position where your earnings are directly tied to performance — the more customers you bring in, the more you make. This role is ideal for personable individuals who enjoy talking to people, have strong social connections, and want flexible income.

You will not be responsible for washing vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote car wash services through in-person outreach, referrals, and community engagement
• Invite friends, family, and the public to visit the car wash or sign up for services
• Represent the brand at car wash locations, dealership sites, or promotional events as needed
• Clearly explain services, pricing, and subscription options to potential customers
• Track and report customer referrals accurately to ensure proper commission credit
• Support brand visibility through optional social media sharing and word-of-mouth marketing
• Provide a friendly, professional experience that encourages repeat business

Compensation

• Commission-based pay (no cap on earnings)
• Paid per car wash and per subscription signup
