We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools.
- Monitor social listening tools to gauge audience sentiment and industry trends, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Manage social media scheduling and publishing using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve organic reach and search engine rankings.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and ROI.
- Coordinate with public relations teams to manage brand reputation and execute outreach campaigns.
- Oversee Facebook Advertising campaigns including audience targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages promptly, and foster relationships with influencers and partners for collaborative marketing efforts.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, branding consistency, and quality assurance before publication.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by integrating social media campaigns with online sales channels.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite applications, video editing software, and social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, keyword research techniques, and Facebook Advertising platform.
- Experience in graphic design, content creation (including photography), branding strategies, public relations activities, and relationship management.
- Knowledge of social listening tools and data analysis to inform marketing decisions.
- Excellent proofreading skills combined with a keen eye for detail in visual content creation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
