Position Overview:

This Digital Marketing Specialist role is designed for a driven, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow into a specialized focus area over time. In this position, you will support a variety of marketing initiatives across digital channels, contributing directly to execution while gaining broad exposure to the full scope of digital marketing.

 

You will work on everything from supporting our social media initiatives to assisting with paid ad campaigns, supporting product launches, and analyzing results. This hands-on experience is intended to give you both immediate impact and long-term career development. The ideal candidate is motivated, adaptable, and excited to learn with the opportunity to take the lead on a dedicated channel as expertise develops.

This is an on-site role that reports directly to the Director of Marketing and will work cross-functionally with the content, product, and operations teams.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Support execution across various digital marketing channels including but not limited to website content & product launches, social media post creation and moderation, influencer campaign coordination, email and SMS content planning, and truck show attendance and/or coordination.
  • Assist in content creation, coordinating, publishing across various platforms
  • Take on a variety of marketing projects with the goal of developing channel expertise over time.
  • Support product launches and marketing campaigns by managing timelines, tasks, and deliverables in Asana.
  • Learn and implement channel-specific best practices under the guidance of senior team members and the Director of Marketing.
  • Contribute to campaign planning, analytics tracking, and brainstorming sessions

Qualification & Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in related field (marketing, business, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to executing tasks accurately and on time.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing and project management tools such as Asana, Sprout Social, Shopify, Gorgias, Klaviyo, etc. preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • This is a fully on-site role.
