We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Brand Engagement & Sales Enablement to lead and elevate how our house brands show up across social media, e-commerce platforms, digital service channels, and influencer ecosystems. In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll be the central connector working across Marketing, E‑Commerce, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure every digital touchpoint reinforces our brand strategy—and converts engagement into growth.
What You’ll Do
Digital Engagement & Brand Experience
- Drive and support digital engagement and online sales strategies for all house brands.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, messaging, and customer experience across social media, e‑commerce, and online service channels.
- Partner with E‑Commerce and Marketing teams to align digital campaigns with product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
- Use performance analytics and customer engagement insights to inform optimization and strategic direction.
Sales Enablement & Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Equip internal teams and dealer partners with tools to convert digital engagement into revenue opportunities.
- Ensure digital interactions reinforce dealer value and support omnichannel selling strategies.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, E‑Commerce, and Customer Service on all digital initiatives.
- Capture insights from online interactions to shape product, marketing, and brand roadmap decisions.
Influencer & Sponsored Talent Integration
- Develop and coordinate strategies for sponsored athletes, ambassadors, and influencers across the brand portfolio.
- Integrate sponsored talent into product launches, dealer events, training, and sales meetings.
- Ensure influencer initiatives amplify (never compete with) dealer relationships.
- Collaborate on event planning to extend reach through digital storytelling and social amplification.

- Strong attention to detail , ensuring accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.
Specialized Expertise
- Deep understanding of omnichannel sales, online customer engagement, and social commerce.
- proven ability to work effectively across Marketing, E‑Commerce, Customer Service, and Sales.
- Experience in powersports or other enthusiast-driven industries preferred .
- Experience managing influencer or athlete partnerships strongly preferred .
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field. (MBA preferred)
- 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, social media, or online sales within a brand or distributor environment.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Remote eligible with a dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet.
- Ability to sit for extended periods (7+ hours), read from a screen, and communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
