About the Role

We are a fast-growing, science-backed direct-to-consumer supplement wellness brand seeking a Head of Partnerships to own and scale our influencer, affiliate, and TikTok Shop channels. This role sits within the Performance Marketing team and is responsible for turning partnerships into a measurable, scalable revenue engine.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who cares about performance, testing rigor, and creative that converts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own strategy and execution for influencer, affiliate, and TikTok Shop partnerships
  • Source creators specifically for direct-response performance content
  • Secure and manage whitelisting access for creator-led paid media
  • Negotiate evergreen usage rights across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Ads
  • Lead TikTok Shop expansion, including affiliate recruitment, samples, and Seller Center optimization
  • Scale affiliate partnerships with a focus on high-intent, performance-based partners
  • Build structured creative feedback loops using performance data
  • Implement disciplined testing frameworks to identify lowest-CAC creator pairings
  • Hire and lead a small partnerships team as the program scales
  • Oversee external agencies (if applicable) to ensure performance and brand alignment

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in DTC, CPG, or performance marketing
  • Proven track record scaling performance-driven influencer programs
  • Strong experience with whitelisting, paid social integration, and creator ads
  • Deep knowledge of TikTok Shop and affiliate ecosystems
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, ShareASale) and creator tools
  • Bias for action and comfort working in a fast-paced, in-office environment
