Experience Requirements

  • 5–7 years influencer engagement experience (consumer focus preferred)
  • Agency background a plus
  • Experience with national/global brands
  • Strong influencer strategy, activation, and optimization experience

What You’ll Do

  • Support influencer engagement for Honeymoon accounts by partnering with clients, agencies, agents/influencers, and vendors
  • Serve as key support to internal Account Leads and Honeymoon teams in building, executing, and optimizing influencer strategies, including building briefs, managing tools, vetting partners, collaborating with creators and owning influencer-related budgeting
  • Support negotiation of influencer partners and contracts across clients with an eye toward value, performance, and scalability
  • Serve as one of our experts on FTC and any necessary industry-related influencer regulations
  • Develop a measurement framework in partnership with other key experts and help measure and track our influencer work to meet or exceed client KPIs
  • Provide direction to and manage other team members to support influencer research, background checks, and campaign execution while building efficient, repeatable processes
  • Partner with paid media agencies of our clients to strategically amplify influencer content and help recommend paid amplification for those clients without paid agency partners
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of our agency’s overall influencer practice, including frameworks, tools, and best practices
  • Help our agency and clients understand influencer trends and the future of the capability from a growth perspective
  • Identify new business opportunities and support the growth of our influencer capabilities and agency business
  • Serve as a key influencer expert in new business RFPs and pitches
  • Research and manage influencer partnerships to help keep our clients relevant and competitive

  1. Client Influencer Engagement – Serve as a trusted influencer expert for clients by delivering strategic counsel, creative recommendations, and proactive solutions aligned to business goals
  2. Influencer Strategy – Build performance-minded strategies, briefs, direction, and foster strong relationships with earned and paid influencer partners that align with our clients’ brands
  3. Campaign Execution – Deliver high-quality, on-time, on-budget programs with cross-functional teams through influencer content development, approvals, execution, and optimization
  4. Reporting & Insight – Define success metrics, set KPIs, measure impact, analyze results, and translate insights into clear optimization recommendations
  5. Team Coaching – Mentor entry-level talent and emerging influencer experts by sharing best practices, frameworks, and performance learnings
