The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, brand awareness, and an exceptional studio experience across multiple YogaSix locations. This role blends hands-on sales leadership, grassroots and digital marketing, community engagement, and team development to ensure strong lead generation, high conversion, and long-term member retention. This position offers the opportunity to personally generate sales and earn commissions on memberships across supported studios, while coaching Wellness Advisors and supporting ownership in achieving studio-wide revenue goals.

Experience Required

● Minimum 3+ years of retail, service, fitness, hospitality, or wellness-related sales experience

● 2+ years of experience in community engagement, marketing, event planning, and sales leadership

● Prior sales leadership or management experience strongly preferred

● Presale and/or open studio experience preferred

● Proven ability to generate personal sales and coach Wellness Advisors

● Experience managing multiple revenue streams including memberships, retail, workshops, teacher trainings, and B2B

Key Responsibilities

● Drive and manage all revenue streams across assigned studios

● Meet and exceed sales and marketing goals set by Ownership

● Personally generate sales and coach Wellness Advisors on conversion best practices

● Develop and execute monthly sales and marketing plans

● Track, analyze, and report on sales and marketing performance metrics

● Generate leads through grassroots marketing, digital campaigns, referrals, and community partnerships

● Plan and execute studio events, workshops, pop-ups, and collaborations

● Manage member retention, freezes, cancellations, and customer inquiries

● Ensure studios remain clean, safe, and welcoming

● Support the Owner and District Lead Teacher in leadership and revenue initiatives

● Embody the YogaSix brand and act as a cultural, sales, and marketing leader

● Demonstrate loyalty and primary professional commitment to YogaSix El Dorado Hills and Folsom

Marketing & Social Media Magic

● Manage the studio’s social media presence with compelling content, consistent engagement, and targeted campaigns

● Partner with local wellness brands, businesses, and influencers to amplify brand awareness

● Plan and execute promotional campaigns across social, email, and in-studio channels

● Track digital engagement metrics and refine strategies to optimize growth and impact

● Support brand voice consistency and ensure all marketing reflects YogaSix values and tone

● Familiar with the local wellness community or excited to dive in and build meaningful connections

● Bonus: Experience practicing or teaching yoga, or a strong desire to deepen your personal practice

Compensation & Benefits

● Hourly pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)

● Performance-based bonus opportunities

● Commission: $30 per membership sold
