Role Description

This is a contract, remote Social Media Influencer/Remote Recruiter (SMI/RR) role at Change Realty LLC. The role involves managing the recruitment process for licensed Real Estate Agents, networking within the commercial and residential real estate and financing sectors, identifying and pursuing new candidates that are ready to onboard. The ideal candidate will work to provide end-to-end real estate recruitment solutions, guide clients through the home buying or investment processes, and contribute to the growth of the company’s customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build trust with clients and candidates.
• Knowledge of real estate market analysis and property evaluation techniques.
• Ability to identify and develop new client relationships or business opportunities.
• Proficiency in real estate tools and property listing systems.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Licensed real estate professional or eligibility to obtain licensing (preferred).
• Experience in sales, marketing, or business development is advantageous.
