POSITIONSUMMARY
OZIUM (the original, iconic odor-elimination challenger brand) and FOLEX (the cult-favorite, problem-solving stain remover) are experiencing rapid growth and expanding our in-house marketing capabilities. We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and culture-immersed Marketing Manager to lead social media, paid media execution, creator/community building, and always-on brand storytelling across both brands.
This role blends brand building with performance: you’ll own the social voice, manage paid media partners, activate creators, and develop community engagement that drives both awareness and conversion. If you understand the difference between a thumb-stopping creative hook and ROAS-positive paid optimization—and love both—this role is for you.
ESSENTIA****L POSITIO****N RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Build and manage the organic social media calendars for OZIUM and FOLEX across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels.
- Develop thumb-stopping short-form content (concepts, scripts, trend-based executions).
- Maintain brand voice consistency and continue optimizing and developing our storytelling voice based upon what is most engaging with our community.
- Manage posting cadence, community engagement, and channel performance analytics.
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
- Partner with agencies to execute paid social, display, and programmatic campaigns that drive revenue growth.
- Own briefing, creative asset development, targeting recommendations, flighting, and in-flight optimizations.
- Track and report weekly on ROAS, CPM, CTR, and other key metrics.
- Identify top-performing content and rapidly iterate toward performance wins.
Creator, Influencer & Community Management
- Build and manage a pipeline of creators for UGC, paid partnerships, and advocacy programs.
- Develop playbooks for outreach, product seeding, and long-term ambassador activation.
- Track creator performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Cultivate the OZIUM and FOLEX communities across social, Amazon, and retail review platforms.
Brand Activation & Campaign Development
- Support cross-channel campaigns, new product launches, seasonal activations, and tentpole moments.
- Partner closely with internal brand/agency teams on messaging, asset needs, and brand storytelling.
- Conduct competitor monitoring and trend tracking to stay ahead of the category.
Reporting & Insights
- Maintain weekly dashboards for social, paid, and creator performance.
- Present insights and recommendations for optimizations and content opportunities.
- Build test-and-learn frameworks for messaging, creative formats, hooks, audiences, and placements.
REQUIRED SKILLS A****ND EXPERIENCE
- 3–5+ years experience in social media management, digital marketing, or paid media (consumer products preferred).
- Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals and analytics.
- Hands-on experience creating short-form content (IG Reels/TikTok).
- Proficiency in Meta, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and social scheduling platforms.
- Experience managing creators and influencer programs.
- Strong copywriting, trend-spotting, and community engagement skills.
- Entrepreneurial, scrappy, “figure it out” mindset—thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Passion for consumer problem-solving brands, culture, trends, and digital storytelling.
Preference will be given to candidates with the following:
- Consumer products experience preferred.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3-5+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing or paid media
