Position Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator based in NYC to support store level marketing, content creation, and local brand activations. This is a hands on, field focused role that requires time inside our restaurants, on the streets, and in the community.
You will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to execute campaigns, support openings, create social content, and drive traffic to our locations.
Key Responsibilities
Store & Local Marketing
- Support new store openings and local events
- Coordinate local promotions and neighborhood activations
- Build relationships with local businesses, gyms, universities, and community groups
- Assist with in store marketing materials and promotions
Social Media & Content
- Capture and create content for: Instagram, TikTok, Reels and Stories
- Coordinate photo and video shoots in stores
- Help execute social campaigns at the local level
- Stay on top of trends and propose content ideas
Marketing Operations
- Support online reputation management (Google, Yelp, etc.)
- Coordinate delivery platform promotions (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.)
- Assist with influencer visits and partnerships
- Work with store managers to ensure marketing execution in each location
Qualifications
- Experience in QSR or fast casual brands marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok
- Comfortable creating content with a smartphone and basic editing tools
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple locations and projects
- Outgoing personality and comfortable working in-store environments
- Experience with restaurant openings or events
- Connections with local NYC influencers or creators
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Compensation
- Salary range: $80,000 – $100,000 per year (based on experience)

Work Environment
- Based in New York City
- Frequent travel between store locations
- Some nights and weekends required for events and openings
