ABOUT THE JOB The Area Manager for Western NY Territory will oversee the relationships with On and Off premise accounts and driving sales through effective business planning, retail execution, customer relationship management, merchandising accounts and budget management. This individual will function as an advisor to the Regional Manager to meet the needs of the market. This person will be representing Infinium with both customers and distributor representatives on a daily basis. This role is crucial in delivering our company goals and objectives while ensuring our brands are effectively represented in the market. You will collaborate closely with sales teams to deliver clear brand messaging, implement effective strategies, and achieve company goals by growing our share and revenue within their defined customer base ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/THE DAY-TO-DAY* Effectively service, manage and calling on top On-Premise accounts targeted by volume and influencer accounts.
- Service and expand our reach in top Off-premise accounts though out the state.
- Sell new and expanded distribution to both Off and On-premise accounts.
- Develop short- and long-term strategy with our trade partners within assigned universe that will collectively enhance both businesses.
- Develop sales and product knowledge to effectively educate and taste accounts on products.
- Sell in concepts and consult with the customer on strategies that will collectively enhance both businesses.
- Build and maintain current relationships as the primary contact for the ultimate decision maker in your accounts.
- Maximize profitability for all parties involved and understand that all transactions must be profitable.
- Share customer data and insights with stakeholders to assist in the local planning process and program evaluation.
- Collaborate with Regional Manager to influence pricing and promotional budgets to support customer plan
- Identify opportunities, develop, and implement programs in accounts to increase sales.
- Effectively service and merchandise accounts.
- Clearly communicate “opportunities to buy” to all relevant customers.
- Ensure execution of the developed sales strategies, objectives, goals, and targeted revenue generation by partnering with distributors and key retailers in the specified market.
- Coordinate and execute trade and consumer events.
- Be an authority on our brands with the ability to speak comfortably to educate consumers and trade at trainings, sales meetings, or other promotional events
- Follow up on all meetings whether it is checking inventory on allocating items, creating a cocktail, gathering point-of-sale or setting dates for staff trainings.

- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of pricing dynamics within the 3 Tier System and the ability to precisely navigate state and federal liquor laws.
- Flexible & Committed: Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, including nights and weekends, to ensure brand success and market coverage.
Physical requirements:
- Standing and walking: working in retail or conducting field sales requires spending a significant amount of time on your feet; this could include standing for long periods or walking for extended periods throughout the day.
- Lifting and carrying: this role may involve lifting and carrying product samples, promotional materials, or demonstration equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Driving: a significant amount of time will be spent driving, so sitting for long periods, navigating through traffic, and handling the physical demands of operating a vehicle are required.
- Physical presentations: must be able to stand, gesture, and maintain a high level of energy and engagement throughout presentations to clients/potential customers.

Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
