Overview
We are used car dealership seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. This role involves developing engaging content, managing social media channels, and implementing marketing strategies to increase visibility, engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media management, and content creation techniques to effectively connect with our target audience and enhance our brand reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
  • Monitor social listening channels to gauge public sentiment and identify opportunities for engagement or improvement.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize content discoverability.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Engage with followers through relationship management techniques to foster community growth and brand loyalty.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns such as Facebook Advertising to boost reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent branding messages across all channels.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management, and emerging platforms to keep strategies innovative.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and video editing.
  • Experience with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
  • Expertise in social media marketing strategies including Facebook Advertising and branding techniques.
  • Ability to create compelling visual content through photography or video editing skills.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms if applicable to product promotion efforts.
  • Strong relationship management skills to engage with followers, influencers, and partners effectively.
