Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive online growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in content creation, graphic design, and digital analytics, with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends. You will be responsible for managing multiple platforms, creating compelling content, and leveraging advertising tools to maximize reach and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic social media marketing plans across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Manage daily social media activities including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community engagement using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Create visually appealing graphics and videos utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) to support campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve content visibility and web traffic.
  • Monitor social listening tools to analyze audience sentiment and gather insights for campaign refinement.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads and other digital platforms to increase brand exposure.
  • Track and analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to maintain positive brand reputation through relationship management strategies.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, branding consistency, and quality assurance before publication.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing software.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics, keyword research, and web analytics tools.
  • Experience with social listening tools and social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Advertising campaigns and e-commerce integration strategies.
  • Excellent graphic design skills with an eye for branding consistency.
  • Ability to create engaging content including photography, video editing, and copywriting.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Exceptional proofreading skills with attention to detail in all communications.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends including influencer collaborations, public relations strategies, and branding initiatives.
