Our project types include education, corporate spaces, industrial, civic, libraries, and healthcare. Our project budgets range from projects valued at $50k in construction to $150M. We maintain a staff of 10-15 employees and believe strongly that an open and welcoming culture and office environment lead to successful projects. We are looking for a talented Architectural Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and help us communicate our vision to the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content.
• Manage and update our website and social media platforms to showcase our work.
• Respond to Request for Qualifications.
• Assist in development of presentations for project interviews.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our architectural services and projects.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with the design and project teams to develop case studies, project summaries, and other promotional content.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the architecture industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the architecture or design industry.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and digital marketing tools (e.g., SEO, social media management).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
