Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tradeshow Account Manager & Market Promotions to join our Marketing team. This role is responsible for planning and executing promotional campaigns, coordinating events, managing social media initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and skilled at bringing marketing strategies to life across multiple platforms.

Core ResponsibilitiesEvent Coordination

• Plan, organize, and execute all marketing-related events tied to strategic campaigns, including but not limited to product launches, promotional events, industry events, webinars, and trade shows
• Conduct short- and long-term event planning on a rolling campaign basis
• Ensure event content and visuals align with overall campaign strategy
• Support events managed by Sales teams through established processes
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics
• Oversee event setup, execution, breakdown, and post-event review
• Evaluate event success and provide standardized wrap-up reports with recommendations for future improvements
• Maintain and develop event guidelines, processes, and best practices
• Build and maintain relationships with third-party partners for joint campaign and event efforts

Market Promotion

• Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with Marketing team members to create promotional materials, including print and digital content
• Support campaign tracking, performance monitoring, and ROI analysis
• Ensure consistency of messaging across all marketing channels
• Support partnerships with publication outlets and coordinate promotional efforts aligned with campaign objectives
• Identify industry outlets for promotional partnerships and press release opportunities

Social Media Promotion

• Develop and manage social media strategies and content calendars to promote campaigns, products, company initiatives, and partnerships
• Partner with the Marketing team to develop engaging visuals and content for social media platforms
• Identify and establish relationships with external events, forums, and online influencers to support company campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in event management, marketing, or a related role
• Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with social media platforms and marketing analytics tools
• Ability to manage multiple budgets and timelines effectively
• Experience in agriculture, horticulture, or life sciences industries is a plus
