Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
- Manage daily social media operations using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
- Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve organic reach.
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities; respond proactively to community feedback.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads and other digital channels to maximize ROI while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to enhance brand reputation through strategic outreach and media relations.
- Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness; prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for visual content creation; ensure all visuals meet branding standards.
- Manage relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to expand reach and foster collaboration opportunities.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and tone before publication; ensure messaging aligns with overall branding strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer; experience with Facebook Advertising is essential.
- Skilled in graphic design and video editing using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of social listening tools to track brand sentiment and industry trends effectively.
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content creation tailored for diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
