JOB SUMMARY: The Social Media and Brand Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and managing social media strategy and daily content publishing for clients, including high-profile content creators. This role requires a strong understanding of platform-specific best practices, content performance analytics, and community engagement. This position collaborates closely with leadership and the media team to ensure content aligns with goals and contracted deliverables.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Eligible to work in the USA
  • 18+ years of age
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in social media management
  • Experience managing social media accounts for content creators, influencers, or athletes
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have the ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work on a computer and mobile devices for prolonged periods
  • Must be able to bend, to stoop, to sit on the floor, to climb stairs, to walk and to reach overhead
  • See and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a professional office or remote environment

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the CEO, Creative Director, Director of Media Operations, and media team to develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Oversee and support daily posting across multiple social meda platforms
  • Personally manage social media accounts for a high-profile content creator, including daily posting and active engagement with followers through comments and interactions.
  • Manage communication with brands and sponsors regarding partnerships and performance
  • Maintain and manage social media content calendars for all clients, ensuring contracted deliverables are met accurately and on time.
  • Concept, create, and publish platform-native content optimized for each social media channel.
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and industry shifts to inform content strategy and creative direction.
  • Collect, analyze, and report social media performance metrics on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis for internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team or user-generated content initiatives and influencer, athlete, or brand collaborations.
  • Analyze content performance and recommend strategic improvements to increase reach, engagement, and overall effectiveness.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management or leadership

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
