Job Description

Achieve is looking for a strategic and customer-focused Director, Marketing to shape how we position and promote Achieve. In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll serve as our Head of Integrated Campaigns and Product Marketing drive messaging frameworks, strengthen brand perception, and translate customer insights into impactful marketing strategies. You’ll help define what sets us apart and bring the voice of the customer to life across key channels and touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and strategic thinker with experience in integrated marketing, confident in presenting work and energized by collaboration.

What you’ll do

  • Execute an Integrated Campaign Framework: Orchestrate the rollout of the primary brand campaign alongside product-specific campaigns for Personal Lending, Home Loans, and Debt Settlement to ensure a unified message across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Direct Integrated Creative Asset Production: Produce stories and videos for, and in partnership with, Achieve Lending and Freedom Debt Relief Business Units. Collaborate with creative & social teams to tell integrated product, customer, and brand stories ensuring that all high-impact assets—including CTV, YouTube video, and Podcasts—adhere to the “Smarter Debt” theme.
  • Manage GTM Activation & Bill of Materials: Lead the production and distribution of the campaign Bill of Materials (BOM), ensuring all assets—from campaign guides and email nurture sequences to organic social and display banners—are delivered on time and aligned with the strategic messaging architecture.
  • Own Customer Review Strategy & Storytelling: Own the consumer and editor review strategy in collaboration with Lifecycle marketing, SEO, PR, and affiliate teams ensuring accurate representation and empathetic engagement on platforms like Google Reviews and TrustPilot. Identify customer success stories and drive content production for ready-to-use testimonial assets for distribution across marketing channels.
  • Act as Strategic Product Marketing Messaging Lead: Develop high-impact content, curated resources, and enablement tools (e.g., FAQs, battlecards, scripts) across customer-facing channels that empower teams to deliver clear, consistent, and compelling brand storytelling.
  • Synchronize Influencer & Content Partnerships: With social and performance team support, develop and coordinate paid and influencer plans aligning ads to our audiences and creator content on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Translate Insights into Action: Synthesize competitive and consumer research into messaging frameworks, positioning tools, and marketing briefs.
  • Monitor Campaign Performance: Manage the campaign timeline from production through optimization, tracking key metrics such as aided/unaided brand awareness and social engagement.

Qualifications What you’ll bring

  • Experience: 10-15+ years of experience in integrated marketing, product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or a related role.
  • Strategic Storytelling: A proven track record of building effective integrated marketing strategies rooted in customer insight, with a strong advocacy for the consumer perspective.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to serve as the connective tissue between Product, Creative, and Channel teams to ensure a seamless “Brand-to-Product” transition for the consumer.
  • Budget Management: Proven experience managing complex budget allocations across a diverse media mix, including Social, CTV, Search, and Programmatic.
  • Full-Funnel Expertise: Experienced across full-funnel marketing, from awareness to retention, across digital and offline channels.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Salary Range: $230,000 to $270,000 salary + bonus + benefits.
