Position Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution and daily operations of marketing initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring timely coordination of assets, orders, partner requests, and brand materials. This role serves as a central point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and vendors, helping manage marketing workflows, product support efforts, and brand resource organization. The Marketing Coordinator has strong operational, communication, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

  • Marketing Requests & Partnership Support
    • Review and process incoming marketing-related requests, including partnerships, donations, and product support inquiries.
    • Serve as a first point of contact for marketing requests across sales and distribution channels.
    • Route and coordinate marketing campaign and email requests between internal stakeholders and specialized marketing team members.
    • Support special product distribution and nonprofit partnership initiatives tied to brand and community programs.
  • Orders, Fulfillment & Product Seeding
    • Coordinate product orders and placements with external partners and agencies; manage order submission, tracking, and status communications.
    • Process and track internal marketing orders related to promotions, events, media outreach, influencer programs, and brand initiatives.
    • Support product seeding and media outreach programs by coordinating shipments and fulfillment requests.
    • Provide operational and administrative support for marketing team needs, including shipment of materials, samples, and equipment.
  • Marketing Assets & Creative Coordination
    • Implement minor revisions to existing marketing materials and coordinate with creative/design teams on development of new assets such as flyers, product sheets, displays, and promotional materials.
    • Coordinate with product and creative teams to obtain and organize product imagery and marketing visuals for digital and print use.
    • Support maintenance and organization of digital marketing assets within asset management systems to ensure proper tagging and accessibility.
    • Manage the upload, organization, and ongoing maintenance of assets within the digital asset management system (Brand folder), ensuring accurate product tagging and classification of lifestyle imagery through applied product knowledge
  • Packaging, Product Materials & Brand Merchandise
    • Coordinate packaging and labeling updates, proofs, and production timelines with vendors and purchasing teams to support product launches and updates.
    • Assist with development and updates of product support materials such as instruction guides, packaging inserts, and product identifiers.
    • Monitor and coordinate branded merchandise and promotional item inventory levels, support reorders and new design requests.
  • Events & Marketing Logistics
    • Coordinate travel accommodations and logistics for marketing events, partners, and guests as needed.
    • Assist with event credentialing and badge coordination for staff and partners.
    • On-site support for tradeshows and other events as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, or marketing coordination roles
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional marketing projects and asset workflows
  • Strong understanding of new technologies and how they can be applied to marketing.
  • Sound understanding of branding and marketing principles.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
