About the job

Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator

Location: Nashville-based (hybrid) Type: Full-time Reports to: Marketing Director

Overview

Tin Roof is a live, music first hospitality brand with locations across multiple markets in the Southeast and Midwest. Our marketing supports a growing portfolio of venues, each with its own local personality and audience.

We’re hiring a Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator to support paid media, partnerships, and campaign execution across these markets. This role works directly under the Marketing Director and is designed for someone who already has experience supporting real-world marketing efforts; not just creating content, but helping campaigns run smoothly, stay consistent, and perform.

This is not a content first or social posting focused role. While content knowledge matters, the core focus is paid advertising support, coordination, accountability, research, and execution across markets.

Paid Media

  • Support paid advertising across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google
  • Assist with campaign setup, asset coordination, targeting updates, and budget pacing
  • Monitor performance and flag trends, issues, and optimization opportunities
  • Support reporting and performance summaries
  • Ensure paid media aligns with campaign goals and location priorities
  • Assist with sourcing, adapting, or creating short-form video content to support paid campaigns when needed

SEO & Search Visibility

  • Support local SEO and search visibility efforts, including Google Business Profiles and on-site listings
  • Assist with optimizing event pages, location pages, and website content for discoverability
  • Help ensure locations are accurately represented across search and local listings
  • Monitor basic search performance indicators and flag opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Director to support broader search and visibility initiatives

Partnerships, Influencers & Brand Support

  • Research and support partnership opportunities by market
  • Assist with outreach, coordination, and ongoing partner communication
  • Support influencer and content creator outreach, including identifying local creators, coordinating deliverables, and managing timelines
  • Help track influencer and partnership performance and outcomes
  • Support local activations and brand awareness initiatives tied to partnerships and creator collaborations

Market Research & Audits

  • Conduct regular marketing audits by location (social presence, promotions, brand consistency)
  • Track competitor activity and market trends
  • Share insights and recommendations to support marketing improvements

Content Coordination, Capture & Execution

  • Build and distribute monthly content calendars and city events calendars for each location
  • Ensure locations meet posting expectations and Instagram story minimums
  • Provide guidance, reminders, and follow-up to support consistent execution
  • Capture content as needed during events, activations, or campaigns (photo and short-form video)
  • Edit short-form video content using CapCut or native platform tools for use in paid ads, social, or promotional placements

Email Marketing

  • Support the execution of email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp
  • Assist with building, scheduling, and QA’ing email sends tied to events and promotions
  • Help maintain email calendars and ensure brand consistency across markets
  • Support basic performance tracking and reporting (opens, clicks, engagement)

Campaign & Asset Coordination

  • Support campaign and event rollouts across multiple markets
  • Create and adapt marketing assets using Canva (resizing, light design, formatting)
  • Ensure assets follow brand guidelines and are delivered on time
  • Help manage timelines, shared folders, and campaign documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns launch correctly

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience supporting campaigns across multiple channels
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Working knowledge of local SEO, search visibility, and Google Business Profiles
  • Experience working in multi-location or multi-market environments
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Clear communicator comfortable working with leadership and location teams
  • Hospitality, entertainment, or lifestyle brand experience is a plus

What Success Looks Like

  • Paid media campaigns are supported, monitored, and reported on consistently
  • Locations are executing campaigns and content calendars on time
  • Partnerships are organized, tracked, and aligned with brand goals
  • Marketing efforts feel coordinated and intentional across markets
