Who We Are

Join our team and help transform lives by delivering life-changing treatments and exceptional care. We offer a collaborative environment with competitive compensation, professional growth opportunities, and a mission-driven focus on maximizing value for both our business and customers. With a goal-centric culture that encourages risk-taking, self-empowerment, and transparency, you'll thrive in a fast-paced setting where making an impact is key.

Our Mission

We are on a mission to tackle America's metabolic health crisis by educating the public on its challenges and offering safe, science-backed treatments. With over 80 million Americans affected and $600 billion in annual medical costs attributed to metabolic disorders, we provide accessible solutions that empower people to improve their health and maintain lasting results. Our goal is simple: transform lives through education and effective, outcomes-driven care.

About the Role

We’re hiring an Affiliate Manager to own, scale, and professionalize one of Eden’s most important growth channels. This is a performance-driven, relationship-first role for someone who understands how affiliate ecosystems actually work, not just how to set up links.

You will manage partners end-to-end: recruitment, onboarding, optimization, reporting, payouts, and long-term growth. You’ll work closely with lifecycle, brand, paid acquisition, CRO, web/UX, and development teams, plus partnerships, to ensure affiliates are aligned, supported, and profitable.

This role is hands-on, high-impact, and built for someone who knows how to drive revenue through trust, data, and execution.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own Eden’s affiliate channel end-to-end:
    • Manage and scale performance across all affiliate partners, networks, and marketplaces
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates, publishers, and platform partners
    • Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliates across health, wellness, media, creator, and comparison platforms
    • Negotiate placements, commissions, bonuses, and test opportunities with high-value partners
  • Performance & optimization:
    • Monitor daily and weekly performance across clicks, CVR, CPA, LTV, and traffic quality metrics
    • Identify opportunities to improve traffic quality, messaging alignment, and funnel performance
    • Partner with CRO, web/UX, and dev teams to improve landing pages, intake flows, speed, and conversion paths for affiliate traffic
    • Collaborate with brand and creative to develop affiliate-specific creative, messaging, and test plans

Ensure clean tracking, attribution accuracy, reporting integrity, and timely payouts

You move fast, communicate cleanly in Slack and email, and you’re relentless about follow-through, testing, and performance.

Requirements

4–8+ years of affiliate or partnership marketing experience

Hands-on experience with Everflow, Impact, CJ, Awin, Katalys, or similar platforms

Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution

Experience managing affiliate relationships, negotiations, and optimization

Comfort working with data, reporting, and performance dashboards
