Your role: As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring ProductWind campaigns run smoothly, efficiently, and deliver measurable results for our enterprise clients. You will be responsible for managing campaign performance, improving operational workflows, and serving as a key partner to Product, Engineering, and Client teams to scale our operations as the business grows.

This role sits at the intersection of campaign execution, client experience, data, and product improvement—and is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and optimization to complex systems.

  • You will help manage campaign performance for top enterprise brands on ProductWind’s platform
  • You will directly support enterprise clients to ensure their campaigns are running smoothly and delivering expected outcomes
  • You will work closely with the Head of Product and engineering teams to identify opportunities to improve our product and campaign management systems
  • You will help streamline and document operational processes for how campaigns are launched, managed, and optimized
  • You will monitor campaign data and performance metrics to surface insights, risks, and opportunities
  • You will provide data-informed insights and reporting to highlight the effectiveness of ProductWind campaigns
  • You will act as a bridge between Operations, Product, Engineering, and Client teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience managing operational workflows, campaigns, or programs in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and client teams
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and process discipline
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment by staying nimble, scrappy, and adaptable
  • Critical thinker, fast learner, and strong collaborator
  • A positive, can-do attitude; you’re not deterred by ambiguity and are energized by solving operational challenges
