About the Role

The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in executing and coordinating marketing initiatives that support home shopper traffic, engagement, and new home sales for Teravalis, a newly launched master planned community in Buckeye, AZ. This position provides hands-on project leadership, cross-functional coordination, and execution support to ensure marketing initiatives move efficiently from strategy to delivery.

While Teravalis partners with external agencies for creative development and media execution, this role provides the internal continuity, responsiveness, and operational discipline required to manage day-to-day marketing needs in a dynamic and evolving market environment.

The Marketing Manager reports to the Senior Director of Marketing and serves as a key operational partner within the marketing team.

What You Will Do

Marketing Execution & Initiative Management

  • Manage day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across digital channels, on-site experiences, events, signage, partnerships, and community activations
  • Translate strategic direction into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives while adjusting priorities based on market conditions, traffic trends, and sales needs

Agency & Vendor Coordination

  • Participate in agency and vendor planning, coordination, and review meetings, providing continuity, follow-through, and execution support
  • Support scope development, timelines, and deliverable tracking for agency and vendor work
  • Ensure alignment with brand standards, community positioning, and on-the-ground execution

Community Launch & Sales Support

  • Support ongoing post-grand-opening marketing efforts to build awareness, visitation, and sustained momentum
  • Coordinate marketing support for events, new neighborhood launches, and home inventory updates
  • Partner with sales, land development, and builder teams to ensure marketing initiatives support traffic and sales absorption goals
  • Visits to the Teravalis community will be required for events and general marketing initiatives

Content & Channel Oversight

  • Oversee content calendars and channel execution across social, email, website, and community platforms
  • Ensure timely updates and consistency across digital and on-site touchpoints
  • Maintain brand alignment while allowing flexibility to adapt to real-time market feedback

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance, traffic metrics, and engagement trends
  • Identify gaps, bottlenecks, or underperforming initiatives and recommend adjustments
  • Support reporting and insights that inform leadership decision-making

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field; relevant certifications a plus
  • 7-10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, development, master planned communities, or place-based brands Experience working with external agencies and vendors in a collaborative, execution-focused environment
  • Comfortable operating in launch-phase or growth-oriented environments
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills; able to manage multiple campaigns and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills
  • Expertise in content creation across multiple platforms, particularly blogs, email, and social media
  • Proficiency in email marketing, CMS tools (e.g., WordPress), MS Office Suite, HubSpot CRM, Sprout Social Media Management, and basic design/video tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience with influencer engagement, user-generated content (UGC) and paid social media is a plus
  • Familiarity with, and eagerness to explore and integrate emerging technologies (e.g. AI and blockchain etc.) to drive innovation and continuous learning.
