Overview
We’re hiring 3 experienced Social Media Managers to join our growing team.
This is not a “post pretty pictures” or “grow your own brand” type of role.
We work with real home service businesses — contractors, remodelers, pest control, plumbing, roofing, HVAC, etc. — and our content is built to generate leads, build trust, and drive revenue.
If your only experience is running your own personal page or hobby brand, this role is not a fit.
We’re looking for true professionals who understand strategy, communication, and business outcomes, not just posting.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Planning
- Build monthly content strategies tied to business goals (leads, calls, bookings)
- Identify messaging angles that resonate with homeowners
- Develop offers, campaigns, and positioning — not just captions
- Collaborate with paid ads + SEO teams for integrated growth
Account Management
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Own calendars, deadlines, and deliverables
- Communicate directly with clients confidently and professionally
- Set expectations and guide clients on what works (and what doesn’t)
Content Execution
- Write high-converting captions and hooks
- Direct video shoots and collect on-site content when needed
- Repurpose content into reels, stories, posts, and short-form video
- Stay current on platform changes and trends
Performance & Optimization
- Track engagement, reach, and lead metrics
- Report on results monthly
- Improve strategy based on data — not guesses
- Test new content formats and ideas consistently
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 2+ years managing social media for businesses or agencies
- Experience working with home service or local service businesses
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy (not just posting)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organized, accountable, and deadline-driven
- Comfortable managing multiple clients at once

- Your only experience is your personal brand or influencer page
- You rely only on trends without strategy
- You need constant direction instead of ownership
