About The Role We’re looking for a highly organized, fast-moving Social Media Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of Flow’s social media and influencer strategy. This role reports to the Director of Brand Marketing and is part of Flow’s broader Marketing team , working closely with Social, Creative, and Brand partners to bring campaigns to life. This position is deeply rooted in social media management, influencer relationships, community engagement, and copywriting , with additional support across marketing initiatives and events. You’ll manage multiple accounts and platforms while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone who lives in social, understands influencer culture, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball.

This role is based full time at Flow's Miami HQ in the Bay Harbor Islands Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management & Community Care
  • Manage daily social media operations across multiple accounts and platforms.
  • Handle inbox and DM management, including community engagement, responses, and escalation when needed.
  • Publish content across platforms, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate on content creation with internal teams, creators, and partners.
  • Monitor performance and support consistent social reporting, insights, and optimization.
  • Stay up to date on social trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Influencer Management & Creator Relationships
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with influencers and creators.
  • Manage influencer gifting programs, including outreach, tracking, shipments, and follow-ups.
  • Handle all influencer communications, coordination, and timelines.
  • Support influencer campaigns, partnerships, and content deliverables.
  • Copywriting & Marketing Support
  • Write strong, on-brand copy for social media captions, comments, DMs, and community responses.
  • Support copywriting needs for marketing collateral, presentations, and campaign assets.
  • Assist in executing marketing initiatives while maintaining an organized social and marketing calendar.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Events & On-Site Support
  • Attend events for social content capture, posting, and coordination as needed.
  • Support event-related social coverage, creator attendance, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Assist with sponsorships, partnerships, and brand activations when required.

Ideal Background

  • 2–3+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or marketing coordination.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, influencer culture, and digital trends.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, platforms, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a strong grasp of brand voice and tone.
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in social media management tools (Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
  • Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and confident communicator.
