We're looking for a highly creative, strategic and always-thinking-10-steps-ahead type of individual to join ALEXIS LAUREN as our DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA. This position plays a pivotal role in brand awareness, event experiences, social engagement, partnerships, and influencer management.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Manage and create all content assets from social media to website needs
  • Ideate, manage, and edit reels, before/ after's, receive UGC content
  • Oversee and execute strategic growth marketing through various grassroots efforts, as well as email and SMS campaigns
  • Manage all events
  • Secure key local sponsors and secure partnerships, including influencer management
  • Grow email database and engagement

 

Social Media  

  • Lead Content Calendar, Posting, Engagement, Instagram, Tik Tok
  • Track towards ALEXIS LAUREN brand KPIs and growth strategy
  • Own execution and ideas
  • Track analytics and weekly performance, includer larger brand marketing pacing

Graphic Design  

  • Ideate and create newsletters and releases for any new services
  • Blog posts

Desired Experience  

  • 3+ years in social media, content creation, or marketing position
  • Must have a strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and all social media platforms
  • Creative and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter and able to work independently
  • Experience with Canva and editing tools (Adobe Suite etc)
  • Ability to commute to Coral Gables and Bay Harbor Islands, as needed
