As an Integrated Marketing Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for 360° campaigns across Edible Arrangements and Rōti. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including IMC, Brand, Email, Paid Media, E-commerce, and Product Innovation—and gain exposure to working with creative and PR agency partners.
Location: This position will be onsite at our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA with opportunities to work remotely on Fridays.
What that looks like day to day:
- Support the IMC team ingo-to-market campaign planning and execution for Edible Arrangements (primary) and Roti (secondary), helping bring campaign plans to life across channels
- Support influencer marketing campaigns, assisting with coordination, execution, and tracking deliverables end-to-end
- Help manage creative production workflows with agency partners by tracking asset needs, approvals, timelines, and status in Monday.com, ensuring alignment with the broader go-to-market timeline
- Assist with creative photo shoots, supporting on-site coordination, asset organization, and post-shoot deliverable tracking as needed
- Execute local store marketing (LSM) campaigns by coordinating with the creative agency to produce print and digital assets that support franchisees and drive performance in local markets
- Oversee updates to the franchisee-facing LSM toolkit website, including uploading and organizing retail and social media marketing assets for franchisees
- Partner with IMC and Brand teams to ensure creative assets align with campaign messaging, timing, and brand standards
- Assist with campaign documentation, reporting, and internal updates to help keep teams aligned
- Support PR campaigns and live brand activations as needed, assisting with prep, coordination, and post-activation follow-ups
What You Bring (Experience, Knowledge & Skills):
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Interest in digital marketing, integrated campaign execution, and brand building
Familiarity with core marketing channels such as social media, email, digital content, and e-commerce through classes, projects, or prior internships
Strong attention to detail and an eye for creative execution across digital and print assets
Comfort working with basic data or metrics and an interest in learning how campaign performance is measured
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
Willingness to learn new tools and systems (e.g., project management platforms, asset libraries, reporting templates)
