Job Title: Sr. Director of Brand & Integrated Campaigns Position Overview We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Sr. Director of Brand & Integrated Campaigns to lead the development and execution of bold, high-impact brand strategies that elevate our market presence and drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, a knack for million-dollar ideas, and the operational rigor to bring them to life. You will be responsible for shaping our brand narrative, driving integrated campaigns, and ensuring performance metrics are met and reported with clarity.
Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Vision
- Develop and lead brand marketing strategies and 360° campaign plans that drive awareness, affinity, and conversion across all customer touchpoints.
- Translate business objectives into breakthrough brand initiatives that resonate with the brands target audience and differentiate us in the market.
- Collaborate with Creative and Brand teams to deliver high quality multimedia content that elevates brand storytelling and engagement.
- Identify new opportunities to amplify the brand through emerging platforms, partnerships, and storytelling formats.
Social Media Strategy
- Own the holistic social media and brand expression strategy, ensuring alignment with the companys values, voice, and long?term vision.
- Provide strategic guidance and oversee the team who executes the content calendar, creative direction, and cross?platform for both the company and the Founder & CEO (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).
- Oversee day?to?day management of all organic social channels, including planning, publishing, community building, and performance optimization.
- Activate the social team to identify and respond quickly to trends, cultural moments, and real?time opportunities.
- Maintain best?in?class brand standards across all social platforms, ensuring content strengthens awareness, loyalty, and community growth.
- Partner with influencer team on influencer and creator strategy to elevate the brand and expand awareness.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Own end to end strategy, planning and execution for integrated brand campaigns, collaborating with channel owners to activate across digital, social, influencer, experiential, and retail.
- Partner with Creative, E Commerce, Merchandising, Store, and Product teams to ensure consistent brand expression across all platforms.
- Establish clear KPIs for brand initiatives and campaigns, including awareness, and engagement metrics.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high?performing brand marketing team.
- Manage external PR agency and partners to ensure creative excellence and operational efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high?accountability team culture.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of brand marketing experience, ideally within e?commerce, retail, or consumer lifestyle brands.
- Proven success in developing and executing large?scale, multi?channel brand and social campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Thrives in a fast?paced, high?growth environment and comfortable operating both strategically and hands?on.
Salary $140,000-$165,000 + Bonus
