Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms. Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to increase engagement and followers.
  • Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts aligned with branding guidelines using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software.
  • Conduct keyword research and App Store Optimization
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Engage in social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to craft press releases, manage media relationships, and coordinate branding initiatives.
  • Oversee e-commerce marketing efforts by integrating social media campaigns with online sales channels.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
  • Maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software for content creation.
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Strong understanding of ASO best practices, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and digital marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform for targeted ad campaigns.
  • Excellent graphic design skills with an eye for branding consistency.
  • Ability to craft engaging content tailored for various platforms including text, images, videos, and graphics.
  • Strong public relations skills for managing media outreach and brand reputation.
  • Experience in social listening tools to monitor industry trends and customer feedback.
  • Ability to analyze data insights from web analytics tools to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Effective relationship management skills to collaborate with influencers, partners, and internal teams.

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: $48,737.96 - $58,695.18 per year
