We’re seeking a Senior Growth Leader to own day‑to‑day acquisition strategy, budget decisions, and cross‑functional leadership for a health & wellness brand. This role is highly strategic —you will guide teams and agencies, set direction, and drive outcomes, not execute hands‑on media buying .

💼 Type: Temp/Contract

📅 Duration: ~2 months

💰 Pay: 60-80/hr

📅 Schedule: 20-30 hrs/week

Budget Ownership, Channel Scaling & Platform Strategy

  • Own daily and weekly budget allocation across paid acquisition channels, with a focus on Meta (IG/FB), TikTok, and Google PPC/Shopping
  • Identify the highest‑impact opportunities for efficient scale and shift spend accordingly
  • Oversee testing and expansion into new channels (e.g., TikTok, Affiliate, Podcasts, YouTube, and other emerging opportunities)
  • Partner with media agencies on new or evolving offers, landing page direction, upcoming CTO, and experimentation plans
  • Define clear scale vs. kill criteria for all new initiatives

Paid Media & Creative Strategy Partnership

  • Act as a core leader in the creative‑media flywheel , collaborating daily with creative strategists and media buyers
  • Review and approve creative briefs, final videos, statics, and influencer content
  • Translate performance insights into creative direction by: identifying winning vs. losing hooks, angles, and offers, prioritizing next concepts and formats to test, and guiding influencer and creator strategy
  • Ensure creative testing remains fast, focused, and aligned with acquisition goals

CRO & Website Testing

  • Partner on a conversion‑rate‑driven CRO roadmap
  • Collaborate with ecommerce leadership and external partners to:
  • Prioritize tests
  • Define hypotheses
  • Review results and determine next steps
  • Ensure learnings from paid media and creative directly inform site updates
