This position is for someone who wants to source, pitch, negotiate, and close brand deals.
You will oversee our roster of talent and be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing partnerships, and driving revenue. The right candidate thrives in a fast-moving, performance-oriented environment and understands that success in talent representation requires initiative, persistence, and relationship-building.

What You’ll Do
- Proactively identify, pitch, and secure brand partnerships and endorsement deals for talent
- Brainstorm strategic brand fits based on talent interests, personal brand, upcoming projects, and cultural relevance
- Prepare and revise pitches, correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Conduct targeted outreach to brands, agencies, and decision-makers
- Leverage and grow an existing network of brand, agency, and marketing contacts
- Negotiate deal terms and collaborate with management and legal teams through contract execution
- Oversee active partnerships from deal close through execution (creative development, approvals, shoot days, deliverables, timelines)
- Collaborate closely with talent managers, publicists, lawyers, and business managers
- Track revenue goals and actively work toward meeting and exceeding them
- Stay current on pop culture, brand marketing trends, and emerging partnership opportunities
- Represent FAB and its clients with professionalism, discretion, and strategic thinking
Who We’re Looking For:
This role can be scoped as Jr Agent or Agent depending on experience.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Proven experience in talent representation, brand partnerships, endorsements, or influencer marketing
- A strong understanding of how celebrity and influencer deals are sourced, structured, and closed
- An existing network of brand and/or agency relationships (or a demonstrated ability to build one quickly)
- Experience pitching brands and converting outreach into real opportunities
- Comfort negotiating deals and managing multiple opportunities at different stages
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- A self-starter mindset with entrepreneurial drive
- Willingness to work hard to develop relationships and close deals
Nice to have:
- Experience across film, TV, music, digital creators, sports, or lifestyle talent
- Familiarity with licensing, long-term partnerships, and brand building & development, ambassador-style deals
- Experience working in a boutique or fast-growing agency environment
