Duties

- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Utilize graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce visually appealing materials.
- Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Optimize content for SEO through keyword research and integration to improve organic reach.
- Run targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns and analyze their performance using Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
- Engage in public relations activities to foster positive relationships with media outlets, influencers, and customers.
- Oversee branding initiatives ensuring consistency across all digital channels.
- Manage e-commerce platforms by creating compelling product listings and promotional campaigns.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
- Track campaign performance metrics regularly to refine strategies for better engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
Skills
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Expertise in social listening tools and techniques for reputation management.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices including keyword research and web analytics such as Google Analytics.
- Experience running Facebook Advertising campaigns with measurable results.
- Familiarity with social media management platforms like Hootsuite and Buffer (application).
- Ability to create compelling content including videos, photography, and written materials for diverse audiences.
- Excellent proofreading skills ensuring high-quality output across all communications.
