Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media and Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will develop engaging content across various digital platforms, enhance brand visibility, and drive audience engagement through innovative social media campaigns. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social listening, and analytics tools to optimize content performance and foster meaningful relationships with our online community.

Duties

  • Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content for social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Design visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) to support marketing campaigns.
  • Implement SEO strategies and conduct keyword research to improve content discoverability and search rankings.
  • Manage social media scheduling and publishing using tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor social listening platforms to gauge audience sentiment, identify trends, and respond to comments or inquiries promptly.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics via Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Coordinate with public relations teams to ensure brand consistency across all communications.
  • Execute Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences and increase engagement.
  • Support branding initiatives by creating cohesive visual identities across digital channels.
  • Engage in relationship management by interacting with followers, influencers, and partners to grow the online community.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, tone, and brand alignment before publishing.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices in digital marketing, e-commerce integration, video editing, photography, and social media trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and keyword research techniques.
  • Experience with social listening tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer (application).
  • Ability to create engaging graphics and videos tailored for various platforms; photography or video editing skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in tone and messaging.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and relationship management strategies.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
