AI Solution Architect

MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN 4 hours OF COLUMBIA, MO!

Seeking an AI Solution Architect to help develop and mature AI strategies with an organization.

Role Type: Full-Time Direct Hire

Rate: 150-180k/year

Responsibilities:

• Looking for more AI strategist. They need someone who knows how to implement AI into an organization.
• AI Influencer who can guide architects with best practices in AI.
• Need someone with an "Operational" mindset who can help mature their AI process.
• Identify needs with stakeholders
• Help lead AI focused initiatives, driving execution all the way through completion.

SKILLS

• A background in (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, etc.) and experience with AI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Track record of delivering AI-powered features or applications in production.
• Ability to connect AI capabilities to business use cases quickly.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and secure API integration.
• Solid grounding in privacy, compliance, and data governance.
• A builder’s mindset: quick, practical and effective is the goal. Perfect-but-late is the enemy.
