VP, Land Acquisition – Data Centers - East
Dallas, TX
A global real estate investment and development platform is seeking a VP, Land Acquisition to support data center capital deployment across the East US.
This role focuses on acquisitions, redevelopment, and entitlement-heavy development. Direct data center experience is not required,
the priority is proven success navigating complex development processes and driving projects through approval and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate, underwrite, and execute acquisitions and development opportunities
- Lead financial modeling and prepare investment committee materials
- Present deals to senior leadership and drive internal/external approval processes
- Navigate entitlements, rezoning, and municipal approvals
- Partner with development, leasing, and project teams to execute value creation
Background Sought
- 10+ years in real estate investments and development
- Strong experience with entitlements, redevelopment, and complex municipalities
- Confident investment committee presenter and decision influencer
- Experience taking projects from concept through execution
