Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer, ensuring consistent posting schedules and engagement.
- Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and other editing tools.
- Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines and increase visibility.
- Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on brand perception, industry trends, and customer feedback.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Foster relationships with influencers, media outlets, and partners through public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation.
- Oversee branding initiatives ensuring consistency across all digital channels.
- Coordinate with the e-commerce team to align marketing efforts with online sales strategies.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand voice before publication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on branding projects, product launches, and promotional events.
Skills
- Proven experience in social media marketing management with a strong understanding of social media platforms’ algorithms and best practices.
- Expertise in SEO, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and video editing.
- Familiarity with social listening tools and community engagement techniques.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns via Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms.
- Strong content creation skills including photography, video editing, proofreading, and storytelling.
- Knowledge of branding principles and relationship management to build a loyal online community.
- Ability to analyze data from social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to optimize campaigns.
