Position Purpose:

The Digital Content & Social Media Manager will play a critical role in bringing our brands to lifenthrough compelling, high-quality digital storytelling. This role is heavily focused on hands-on content creation, in-venue capture, editing, and social media management, supporting the centralized marketing team while driving brand awareness, engagement, and in-venue excitement across all platforms. This is a creative, fast-paced role for someone who thrives behind the camera and in the apps — capturing real moments, editing engaging short-form content, staying on top of trends, and executing a consistent, on-brand social presence. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, entertainment, and digital culture, and is excited to grow within a dynamic, creative environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:.

  • Capture high-quality photo and video content in-venue using mobile devices, cameras, and audio equipment
  • Create engaging short-form and long-form content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, etc.)
  • Edit content using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, visual identity, and tone of voice
  • Coordinate photoshoots and video shoots and assist on large-scale production shoots
  • Schedule, publish, and manage daily social media posts across platforms
  • Monitor and engage with online communities through comments, DMs, and interactions
  • Track performance and assist in optimizing content based on engagement, reach, and platform trendsSupport influencer visits, media moments, community events, and in-venue activations
  • Capture real-time content during events, openings, and brand moments
  • Lead content creation across multiple brands and locations as needed
  • Execute social content plans in partnership with the centralized marketing team
  • Assist with additional marketing responsibilities as assigned

Requirements & Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of relevant marketing, hands-on content creation, and social media management experience preferred (internship experience accepted)
  • Strong experience creating content behind a phone, camera, and audio equipment in real-world environments
  • Required proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobo Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and digital storytelling
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within a creative marketing team
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 15 lbs as needed for content capture and events
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays for activations and venue moments
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Requirements & Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in public relations or communications, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or experiential brands
  • Proven experience managing PR agencies and executing local and national earned media strategies
  • Strong media relations skills with demonstrated success securing coverage
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and editorial judgment
  • Experience supporting executive communications and thought leadership
  • Highly organized, strategic, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
