About the Role
We are hiring a Junior Influencer Campaign Manager to lead high-volume, high-budget influencer campaigns. This role is execution-focused and process-driven, with responsibility for large-scale campaign delivery, team management, and operational excellence .
You will be accountable for ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and without errors , even under high workload and tight timelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns from kickoff to final delivery
- Manage and oversee multiple large-scale campaigns simultaneously
- Deliver 100+ influencer video outputs per month
- Real-time tracking and management of 200+ active influencer videos (in progress, revisions, posting, reporting)
- Ensure all campaign workflows, timelines, and deliverables are executed accurately
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and execution issues early and resolve them quickly
- Coordinate closely with talent managers, creators, brands, and agencies
- Lead and manage a campaign execution team (Campaign Managers / Coordinators)
- Define and optimize campaign SOPs, checklists, and operational processes
- Ensure high campaign completion rate and fast execution speed
- Maintain clear documentation, tracking dashboards, and performance reports
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer campaign management, operations, or project management
- Proven experience managing high-volume influencer campaigns
- Hands-on experience running USD $500K+ campaign projects (one or multiple large campaigns)
- Ability to manage 100+ video deliverables per month
- Experience tracking and executing 200+ concurrent influencer deliverables
- Prior experience leading or managing a team
- Extremely detail-oriented with a strong process and risk-control mindset
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Strong communication skills across internal teams, creators, and clients
- Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced, high-output environments

- Campaign on-time and error-free completion rate
- Campaign execution speed (from kickoff to final posting)
- Volume of completed deliverables (monthly output)
- Number of execution issues / reworks
- Team execution efficiency and stability
- Brand and internal stakeholder satisfaction
Nice to Have
- Experience with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube influencer campaigns
- Experience working with agencies or brand-side marketing teams
- Familiarity with influencer contracts, usage rights, and compliance
- Strong experience with project management tools (Airtable, Notion, Asana, Monday, etc.)
- Bilingual (English / Chinese) is a plus
