We are a growing nutraceutical company dedicated to improving health and wellness through premium supplements. This person will be responsible to build and scale our influencer ecosystem, practitioner network, and social content engine.
This role focuses on growing real relationships — with creators, affiliates, and medical professionals — to expand our reach both online and in clinics. You will own influencer strategy, practitioner partnerships, and high-performing social content development.
This is ideal for someone who thrives in relationship-building, creator management, and brand storytelling that drive growth within the wellness space.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage our influencer and creator network across TikTok, Instagram, and affiliate platforms
- Manage TikTok Shop affiliate partnerships and identify top-performing creators
- Source and activate UGC talent for ads, Shopify, and Amazon (Levanta, Insense, etc.)
- Develop and maintain social media content calendars across platforms
- Build partnerships with medical practitioners who recommend and feature our products in clinics and video content
- Track creator performance and maintain a database of winning hooks, messaging, and creative angles
- Coordinate UGC scripting, creator briefs, and campaign execution
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing social and advertising content
- Monitor trends and competitor strategies to inform creator and social campaigns
- Support product launches and influencer campaign rollouts
- Maintain brand consistency across social and partnership content
- Prepare performance reports with insights on creator ROI and campaign effectiveness
- Support with marketing and brand operations as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, influencer marketing, and related roles (nutraceutical or wellness industry a plus).
- Experience with TikTok Shop and UGC sourcing platforms preferred
- Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, and social analytics tools
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.

Pay: $46,791.96 - $56,351.61 per year
