We are launching a brand-new training academy designed to cultivate talent through structured programs, professional development, and community events. We’re looking for a hands-on, highly organized Program Coordinator to help launch and grow this exciting new division from the ground up.

About the Internship

DancePhreakz is a fast-growing dance and entertainment company producing live shows, workshops, and a professional training academy. We are seeking a Fashion Brand Intern in the Los Angeles Area (or general southern Los Angeles area) to support the planning and execution of our Academy programs and live shows.

This internship is ideal for a college student or recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in fashion production, marketing, and e-commerce. You will work side-by-side with our Fashion Brand Manager and creative team, assisting with everything from design development to campaign launches and fulfillment.

What You’ll Do & Learn

• Collection Support: Assist in brainstorming and sourcing for the two upcoming capsule collections, including fabrics, trims, and sample tracking.
• Marketing & Campaigns: Help plan and execute marketing strategies, including scheduling photoshoots, coordinating with models and stylists, and preparing email and social media content.
• Influencer & Ambassador Outreach: Research and help manage relationships with brand ambassadors, influencers, and media contacts.
• Photoshoot Assistance: Support on-set logistics—set-up, styling, behind-the-scenes content, and inventory prep.
• E-Commerce & Fulfillment: Help update the website (Shopify or similar), organize inventory, and assist with packaging and shipping orders.
• General Coordination: Provide day-to-day support to the Fashion Brand Manager, ensuring project timelines and deliverables stay on track.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college/university program in fashion, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong interest in fashion branding, apparel production, and marketing.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving creative environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability for occasional evening/weekend shoots and events.

Internship Details

• Schedule: Approximately 10–15 hours per week; flexible around classes.
• Location: Hybrid—remote work plus on-site support in Gardena, CA.
• Compensation: Paid internship; stipend provided.
• Academic credit available if approved by your institution.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and use hands or fingers to handle objects.
• The employee may be required to stand, walk, sit, and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
• The noise level in the work environment is generally low to moderate.
• Remote/Hybrid work environment with some office presence in Gardena, CA.
• Part-time contracted position (minimum of 10-15 hours per week).
