Position Overview

The Social Media Content & Coordination Intern will play an active role in supporting CRG’s marketing team by helping create, capture, and schedule engaging content across our restaurant concepts. This is a highly hands-on, creative role ideal for someone interested in social media, content creation, hospitality, marketing, or communications.

You’ll collaborate with our marketing team and visit restaurants to capture real moments, bringing our brands to life through photos, videos, and short-form content.

Dates: Approximately May 18 – August 14, 2026

Hours/ Pay: Up to 30 hours per week | $18/hr

Location: Downtown Indianapolis Corporate Office + surrounding CRG locations (in-person with flexibility)

What You’ll Do

  • Create social media content including:
  • Reels and short-form videos
  • Photo posts
  • Stories and behind-the-scenes content
  • Visit CRG restaurant locations to capture photos and video

Assist with content planning and coordination across multiple concepts Assist with social media collaborations with influencers, partners, and local businesses Help schedule posts using social media management platforms* Organize content libraries and help maintain brand consistency

Stay on top of trends (audio, formats, styles) and bring creative ideas to the table Gain exposure to how marketing works across 20+ distinct restaurant brands

What We’re Looking For

  • Current college student or recent graduate (marketing, communications, hospitality, media, or related field preferred)

Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms Experience creating Reels or short-form videos

Basic photo/video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, native apps, etc.) Reliable transportation for visiting restaurant locations

Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects Strong communication skills and positive, professional attitude

  • Passion for food, restaurants, and storytelling is a big plus
